Ominous alarms sounded. All throughout southern and central Israel, a robotic feminine voice stating “color red” echoed stoically.

Israeli residents were notified that they had as little as 15 seconds to run to bomb shelters before the incoming rockets fired by Islamic terrorists screamed out of Gaza and made impact on Israeli Jewish civilian infrastructure.

Serving with my Israel Defence Force special forces reserve unit, my platoon had driven out into the desert to an undisclosed location not far from an Iron Dome launcher. Israeli fighter jets circled above us. As a deadly Gazan rocket soared overhead, the Iron Dome battery launched a counter-missile. In the distance, we heard the massive boom of the Iron Dome destroying the incoming rocket.

As the Republican-controlled Congress probes allegations of corrupt dealings by the Biden family, U.S. prosecutors are taking unprecedented action to weaponize the American “justice” system against political opponents.

While the most notable victim of these recent witch hunts is none other than former (and future?) President Donald J. Trump, it seems that there might be another target under attack who has gone mostly under the radar — an Israeli professor named Gal Luft who independently approached the FBI back in 2019 as a whistleblower with claims of nefarious dealings by the Biden family.

The FBI reportedly never followed up with Luft on his claims that apparently run parallel to (or even corroborate and clarify) the content on Hunter Biden’s laptop, but the Southern District of New York did issue an arrest warrant and extradition request almost four years later against the whistleblower. On his way back home to Israel, Luft was arrested at an airport in Cyprus on Feb. 16 on a series of eyebrow-raising charges related to arms trafficking and espionage.

It is no mystery that essentially every other American president pales in comparison to Donald J. Trump when it comes to supporting America’s only true ally in the Middle East — the Jewish state of Israel.

Moving the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem, recognizing Israel’s sovereignty over the Golan Heights, unprecedented peace treaties such as the Abraham Accords, and especially a hard stance against Iran and its diabolical ambitions for nuclear weapons all gained Trump an extremely high favorability rating among the population of the Jewish nation.

The Obama and Biden administrations have taken a very different approach to America’s Middle Eastern ally.

In an event severely underplayed or misrepresented by the legacy media, hundreds of thousands gathered in the heart of Jerusalem near the complex of government buildings, including the K’nesset, or Israeli parliament.

Up to this point — week after week — disruptive mobs of left-wingers had taken to the streets. But this time, the massive but peaceful demonstration was done by the Israeli right.

The democratic majority who had voted for Benjamin Netanyahu’s right-wing coalition — including myself and my wife — had finally had enough.

As the Palestinian Arab population centers in the Judea and Samaria region (also known as the West Bank) explode with instability and violence, I have been deployed with my Israel Defense Force special forces reserve unit.

Encountering Palestinian Arab locals, I have taken note of the negative responses and attitudes toward me and my fellow soldiers. In some cases it is hatred, and in others it is a crippling and even bizarrely irrational fear and panic.

The hatred and fear stem from an aggressive policy of slanderous propaganda designed to induce the Palestinian Arab population to submit to corrupt, tyrannical and often violent leadership against a supposedly greater external enemy — the Israeli “Zionist war machine.”

In Israel, tens of thousands of left-wing protesters have taken to the streets in opposition to the judicial reforms proposed by allies of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in his right-wing government.

In many cases the protests have become unruly, with protesters blocking highways and even train tracks. As necessary, frustrated police units have reluctantly begun to use crowd dispersal methods, including water cannons and non-lethal flash grenades.

As an American-Israeli military and security professional who was present in the U.S. during the BLM riots and antifa violence of 2020, I have a unique perspective on the current events in Israel — a perspective that I dare say the vast majority of Israeli society is dangerously ignorant of.

The city of Shechem, also called Nablus, rests in a bowl-shaped valley of rolling green ridges and wadis framed by endless clear skies.

But while the scenery may be idyllic, the biblical location where Jacob’s daughter Dinah was raped and her brothers took revenge 4,000 years ago is still a hotbed of violence and strife.

Palestinian Arab terrorist infrastructure is strong in Shechem under the look-the-other-way “supervision” of the Palestinian Authority. Palestinian Arab gunmen and militants frequently hole up in the historic city.

Palestinian Arab terrorists opened fire on Israeli Jews living in outer Jerusalem on International Holocaust Memorial Day.

One of the mass-casualty attacks struck a synagogue in the middle of evening prayer services ushering in the Jewish Sabbath. Seven were killed and others were wounded in the deadliest terrorist attack by Palestinian Arabs in about 15 years.

Elsewhere, a 13-year-old boy-turned-gunman shot at Israeli Jews in a crowded street, injuring two people before an Israeli Jewish civilian with a private firearm license quickly returned fire and neutralized him.
